Fake PayPal notices are common as dirt, but this one stands out for its lameness. It does have some design elements (small PayPal logo, blue font, borders) — it’s the text that’s lame — empty merge fields, typos, random capitalization. There’s even a typo in the fake From address (PayPal with two L’s). I don’t see any reports on what happens if you click the links, and have no plans to find out.
