Well, I haven’t been treated at Harvard. I live thousands of miles away. And it wouldn’t normally occur to me to “shop” at a medical school or hospital (though after investigation I found that the publications shown on the message do cost money.) But aside from that (and assuming you don’t look at the From address or where the “Continue Shopping” button points) it looks fairly convincing.
