This short survey is designed to gather information about the impact of the economic crisis on charitable giving. In particular, we hope to learn if there are significant differences along income, asset and geographical lines. The results will be compiled and analyzed as a group of data and no individual answers will be attributed to any individual respondents. Please answer as completely as you can. Completing the entire survey should take less than 10 minutes.
